In October 2014, the company purchased laboratory equipment to support its planned technology development, including a hot-tack measuring device - a device for testing LDPE heat-shrinkable films - and a friction coefficient measuring device.
As of 2020, we have one of the best ESTL stretch film testing devices on the market - the FPT-750.
The device is armed with programs for testing all film parameters including: stretchability, puncture force, stickiness, unwinding force and tear.
Thanks to this device, we can ensure constant control of the machine stretch films produced and ensure quality repeatability in deliveries to our customers.
In 2023, we purchased and put into operation a new Instron device to replace the old one with a small test range.
